Storeman / Warehouse Manager
Experienced Stores / Warehouse Manager position available. This is a full-time position with view to start immediately. Organisational and time management skills are a must as you will be coordinating the movement of stock and inventory throughout the factory and warehouse. Experience and understanding of warehousing and stock control with high levels of communication is essential. A reasonable level of fitness is required.
Key responsibilities:
- Forklift operation (loading & unloading trucks / containers)
- Receive, check and unpack deliveries
- Pick, pack and dispatching orders
- Liaise with freight companies
- Maintaining and housekeeping of warehouse and store
- Purchasing, stock replenishment
- Working alongside all departments; manufacturing, and sales and accounts

About the Role
This is a full-time position available in our Albury Office for a Sales and Product Specialist interested in continuing and/or building a career in the burgeoning Sustainable Off-Grid Heating, Cooking and Hot Water industry.
We require someone focused on providing excellent customer service, being able to work in a close team environment under pressure, with a strong work ethic. We pride ourselves on offering great customer service therefore willingness and enthusiasm to learn about our bespoke Australian Made products is a must.
We provide Advice, Designs, Sales and Installation Recommendations for our range of Slow Combustion Wood Heaters, Stoves, Cookers, Boilers, Solar Hot Water Systems, Hydronic Central Heating Systems and Pumps.
Specific technical training is provided however good computer skills and common sense are important.
This is a rewarding position that offers a bright future in our growing community.

To be successful in this role you will:

Qualifications & Relevant Experience
- Plumbing industry experience favourable but not essential
- Sales, marketing or customer service experience
- Experience in developing leads, researching potential clients, making presentations to partners and customers
- Current driver’s license
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture relationships with existing and potential customers
- Understand and communicate our products unique benefits and applications to existing and potential customers
- Recommend and select products for customers based on their individual needs
- Prepare sales quotes and tenders
- Provide technical product support to existing customers
- Provide sales support to remote sales consultants and dealers

WISELIVING, a prominent leader in the sustainability and off-grid sector, is seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Coordinator to join our team. Specialising in the design and manufacturing of custom, Australian-made off-grid solutions for heating, cooking, and hot water systems, we serve both a vast dealer network across Australia and direct customers in Australia and New Zealand.
Role Overview:
This full-time Office Coordinator position will involve providing comprehensive administrative support and team leadership within a fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic team. A working knowledge of MYOB, CRM systems, and the MS Office suite is required, along with the ability to quickly adapt to new software tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for all telephone and email inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer orders and invoices.
Accounts: Accurately record digital payment data into CRM and MYOB systems, assist with managing outstanding debtor lists Experience with petty cash, payroll, and superannuation administration preferred but not essential
Administration: Manage the receipt, filing, and distribution of correspondence, provide administrative support to factory operations, and assist with staff inductions. Ensure the office and showroom are well-maintained and coordinate logistics for meetings, including equipment and catering needs.
General Office Management: Maintain efficient office processes, support management and staff, and continuously evaluate and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in administrative support and team leadership.
- Proficiency with MYOB, CRM systems, and MS Office; quick to learn new software.
- Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Professional presentation essential
- Professional demeanour, with the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
