What counts as proof of purchase?
A valid receipt or invoice is accepted as proof of purchase, provided it clearly shows the purchase date, the dealer or store name, and the Thermalux product purchased.
Who can enter the competition?
The competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who purchase an eligible Thermalux product during the promotion period.
Exclusions: Dealers, retailers, installers, employees, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
How and when is the winner chosen?
The winner will be drawn by WISELIVING within 14 days of the promotion closing date and contacted directly using the details provided on the entry form.
Can I enter if I purchased a Stock Black Gourmet Cooker?
Yes. The competition applies to eligible Thermalux wood-fired stoves, boilers and heaters, including the Black Gourmet Cookers we now hold in stock.
What if I purchased my product just before 1 April?
A short grace period of up to one week before 1 April may be accepted. If your purchase falls outside that period, please contact the dealer you purchased the product through before entering.
Do I need to submit my entry straight after purchase?
No. You can submit your entry at any time during the promotion period, as long as your eligible product was purchased during the promotion period.

CONDITIONS
Promoter: Albury Consolidated Industries Pty Ltd (ABN 34 087 962 338) trading as WISELIVING.
Promotion Period: 1 April 2026 to 31 August 2026 (AEST).
Eligibility: Open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
How to Enter: Purchase an eligible Thermalux wood-fired appliance during the promotion period and submit valid proof of purchase via entry form.
Entry Limit: One (1) entry per eligible product purchased. Multiple purchases permit multiple entries.
Prize: One (1) log splitter as described in the full Terms & Conditions.
Draw: Conducted within fourteen (14) days of the promotion closing date at WISELIVING, 89 North Street East, Albury NSW 2640.
Notification: Winner will be contacted directly and announced on WISELIVING’s Website and social media pages.
