The Belvedere 5000 features a large, symmetrical firebox designed to support efficient combustion, longer refuelling intervals and consistent water temperature. Its high-capacity water jacket is suited to larger hydronic systems, while manual and automatic air controls allow the burn rate and system output to be managed during operation.
Typically installed in a plant room or service area, the Belvedere 5000 is designed for practical operation and maintenance. It includes dedicated firebox and ashpan doors, a self-closing draught diverter, temperature sensor grate and self-scooping ashpan. For suitable living space installations, it can also be configured with an optional glass firebox door to provide the visual appeal of a wood fire.
The Belvedere 5000 is built with a mild steel boiler/wetback and requires a suitable corrosion inhibitor, such as Thermablend, to support long-term system performance. When connecting to domestic hot water, we recommend using a CentraCoil Stainless Steel Hot Water Tank to keep system water separate from potable water.
Supplied accessories: 1x Ash scraper/spindle turning tool, 1x Pair of fire gloves.
Customisation: Brass spring handle upgrades and glass firebox door option may be available at additional cost.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why is there water coming from the bottom of my boiler?
This is usually condensation, not a leak. Condensation can occur when the firebox does not maintain a consistent operating temperature and is allowed to cool too often, or when the wood being burned is green or not properly seasoned. For best performance, always use dry firewood and check the moisture content before burning.
