Stirling Supreme MK III

The Thermalux Stirling Supreme Mk III is a slow-combustion wood-fired cooker designed for serious cooking, long-term durability and optional hydronic heating, with upgraded finishes for a more refined appearance. Featuring a chrome-plated hob, chrome hotplate covers and powder-coated doors as standard, the Stirling Supreme Mk III offers the same practical cooking capacity expected from a premium wood-fired stove, with a more polished finish suited to traditional and contemporary kitchens.

The Stirling Supreme Mk III features a full-size cooking oven and a separate warming oven, suitable for slow cooking or cooking at lower temperatures. The ovens are designed to provide steady, even heat, while the large lift-off cast iron hotplate can accommodate multiple saucepans at once. Dual air controls, a flue damper and dilution controls allow the fire, hotplate and oven temperatures to be managed during operation.

Available as a dry unit, or with optional boiler configurations for domestic hot water, hydronic heating, or both. Boiler options include 5kW, 8kW and 20kW CD outputs, with the Stirling Supreme CD offering the highest boiler output for larger hydronic heating systems.

Supplied accessories: 1x Large hotplate lifter, 2x Wire racks, 1x Stainless oven tray, 1x Ash scraper, 1x Spindle turner/ashpan tool, 1x Pair of fire gloves.
Customisation: 75mm or 90mm base height increase, Splashback, side heat shields, glass oven door option and mirror-image configuration may be available at additional cost.

The Stirling Supreme Mk III comes standard with a chrome-plated hob, chrome hotplate covers and powder-coated doors. The body of the unit is available in the Pioneer colour range, while the doors and splashback can be finished in any of the available powder-coated colour options.
